oh god ok i found a saver you guys ok what i do is i daily drink 8 bottles of water and 8 cups of green tea (i just keep reusing the same tea bag) hot water is really good it make you burn more calories!!! so by time you get done with those things your so full lol...but aside from that i still TRY to eat my 200 calories and i work out for an hour i know this will help trust me!!!
